Kristin Gustin
Kristin Gustin, MSN, FNP, is an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner. She is passionate about adult preventative care and wellness. A medical healthcare provider, Kristin will care for you like family, respect you and your decisions, and exceed your expectations with excellent, compassionate care. She received her master’s degree in science of nursing at the University of South Florida and has over ten years of experience in various specialties, including cardiology, pulmonology, and urology. When Kristin is not working, she’s enjoying boating, sports, fitness, motherhood, and volunteering. Kristin has a passion for helping others, especially those in need. Samantha Holt
Samantha “Sammy” Holt’s lifelong fascination with science and the human body led her to join Kristin on a dedicated health and wellness journey. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from UMass Boston. Samantha’s professional journey is marked by nearly two years of collaboration with Kristin, whose expertise she trusts implicitly. Her personal health journey includes overcoming struggles with weight. With the help of Tirzepatide and Kristin’s guidance, she achieved a remarkable 56-pound loss. She has maintained her weight for four months and feels better than ever. Samantha is enthusiastic about sharing her journey and helping others achieve happier, healthier lives. She finds joy in getting people excited about what she is passionate about, especially health and wellness.
Beth Woodward
Beth Woodward, LPN, is the Clinical Nurse for the Thrive by K team. She specializes in IV Infusions and primary care, and she works with Kristin in all healthcare areas for our clients. She is passionate about all areas of healthcare and helping others in need. She received her LPN license from Cape Coral Tech in 2012 and has worked in many healthcare specialties in the past 15 years. These include geriatric healthcare, oncology, endocrinology, and many more. For the last five years, she has been teaching seniors in High School, certifying them as CNAs and EKG technicians. Beth has been Kristin’s close family friend for 15 years. She credits Kristin for encouraging her to pursue her LPN and changing her life. Kristin’s accomplishments inspire her, and she is excited to join the team.
